Redeeming a Gift Voucher

To use a gift voucher, you’ll need to log in or create a ticketing account.

Steps to redeem your voucher:

    • Log in to your ticketing account (or create one if you haven't already).
    • Go to the 'Redeem Gift Voucher' section in your account
    • Enter your voucher code and click 'Apply'.
    • The voucher value will be added to your account Wallet.
    • Add tickets to your basket and proceed through checkout.
    • At the 'Cart Overview' stage, apply your voucher to the order

Any remaining voucher balance will stay in your Wallet for future use until the expiry date.
