


Security checks may have failed
The payment processor runs background checks on every transaction. One common failure is due to your billing address not matching exactly what's on your bank statement. Even slight format differences can cause issues.
Double-check your billing address
Make sure the address you enter during checkout exactly matches the one on your bank statement. Try typing it manually instead of using the postcode lookup tool.
Try a different device or browser
Sometimes switching devices or browsers can resolve compatibility issues.
Verification from your bank not working
If your bank's security verification isn't working, unfortunately we're unable to assist directly. Please contact your bank for help. On smaller screens, you might have to scroll within any pop-up verification boxes by clicking inside them first.
Use a different card or device
If the problem persists, try using a different card or making the purchase on another device.
Check card expiry date format
Enter the expiry date as MMYY (e.g. 0826 for August 2026).
Avoid long names or addresses
Some banks have character limits. Keep names and address fields within typical lengths.
Some tickets can't be purchased on their own
Certain ticket types (e.g. child, carer tickets or add-ons) must be bought with another ticket. You must contact the event directly for further assistance. The event can be contacted on , , and .
Check all required fields
Make sure all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the Customer Information page are completed.
Look out for additional questions
Some events include extra questions during booking, these must be answered before you can proceed.
If uploading documents during booking
Ensure the file type is a JPEG, PNG, Word or PDF file.
Try a different device or browser
Formatting issues or cached data on your current device may cause errors. Switching to another device or browser can often resolve this.
Clear your basket and start again
If problems persist, clear your basket and restart the booking process from the beginning.
Some events restrict access to certain ticket types (e.g. members-only, trade passes, etc.) and require verification before booking. Verification is managed by the event organiser, not TICKETsrv.
