Email Confirmation / Downloading Tickets

If you are having trouble within downloading tickets from your email confirmation download bar, try resending them as an attachment in the box below.

For some events, your tickets may be held for review if additional information/documentation was required during booking. Additional information/documentation (e.g. proof of eligibility) must be reviewed by the event organiser. Your tickets will not be available to download until the documents are approved. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to download your tickets.

  • Check Internet Connection - Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Storage Space - Ensure you have enough storage space on your iPhone to add the ticket to Apple Wallet.
  • Safari Settings - Check Safari settings to make sure that downloads are allowed. You can go to Settings > Safari > Downloads and choose a suitable option.
  • Clear Safari Cache - Sometimes, a full cache can cause issues. Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. This will clear your cache and cookies.
  • Update iOS - Make sure your iOS is up to date. Outdated iOS versions can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
  • Try a Different Browser - If Safari is still causing issues, you can try using a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox to download the ticket.

You can open your e-tickets in a PDF viewer or browser.

After purchase, you'll be able to download your e-tickets immediately. A confirmation email with a download link will also be sent within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Alternatively, enter your email address below:

For some events, if documentation was required during booking, your tickets won't be available until the event organiser has reviewed and approved the documents. Once approved, you'll receive a new email confirmation with your tickets.

Try resending your tickets

Ideally, you should show the QR code on your ticket for entry. However, if you can't print or view it, you can use the unique ticket number which is located below the QR code on each ticket.
