


An e-ticket is a digital ticket received instantly after purchase. You can print it at home or display it on your mobile device. Often cheaper when bought online in advance, e-tickets are scanned at the gate for quick entry. No need to queue to pay on the day.
Each e-ticket is valid for a single use. Once scanned, it cannot be reused. For multi-day tickets, each can be scanned once per day. However, please check your ticket for specific details.
You can display e-tickets on your mobile device. We recommend downloading or screenshotting each ticket in advance, as mobile signal at the venue may be unreliable. E-tickets can also be saved directly to your mobile wallet for quick and easy access.
Printing is optional, but if you choose to print, black and white or colour is fine.
Each e-ticket is on a separate page, so every member of your group should have their own ticket ready.
Only the first scan of each ticket will be accepted, duplicates will be rejected.
Ticket issues cannot be resolved at the event entrance. Unresolved issues may require you to purchase new tickets and wait until after the event for resolution. The event cannot be held responsible if you're unable to access your tickets at the gate.
